This trophy was donated by Jo Thomson (Pat Thomson, our founder's daughter) when Pat died. It is always competed for at the Club's Christmas party and is therefore approached somewhat more light-heartedly than the other Club Championship events. In as far as it is possible, each player will play with a different partner and two different opponents on each round. To avoid lengthy discussions, a fixed simple system is mandated.
