The Pairs Championship is a two-week match-pointed pairs event. The first week is a qualifying heat, the top twelve pairs going through to the final the following week. Qualification is only available to members, but non-members may play on both weeks - the second week joining in a consolation event with the non-qualifiers. The winners are eligible to represent the Club in the Mary Edwards Cup - Surrey CBA's competition for Club Pairs Champions. This competition is normally held in the following May at Wimbledon BC and the Club meets the cost of entry.
EBU Master Points: Awarded at District level for the qualifying heat and the Pairs Final.
Prizes (per pair): 1st £50, 2nd £30, 3rd £20.
